CAREER COUNSELING COMMITTEE
BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMMITTEE
The committee started in January, 2014 with eleven members to pilot its affairs,
having Bro. O. E. Afahaene as Chairman and Bro. Clement Uko as Secretary and other nine members.
COMMUNION PREPARATION COMMITTEE,
The Communion Committee prepares and bakes bread for the Lord’s supper. What the communion committee has achieved is that of being able to provide communion bread which is one of the most important spiritual items of worship without fail.
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) COMMITTEE,
VISION
The vision of the committee is to drive the church’s evangelism digitally to our digitalized world and bring Church of Christ to a global inter-connection with the different Churches of Christ around the globe.
LEGAL COMMITTEE
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMITTEE
The Legal Team, as the name implies, is a committee made up of qualified Lawyers called to Nigerian Bar and duly enrolled by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
CHILDREN WELFARE TEAM (CWT)
SECURITY AND SAFETY COMMITTEE
OBJECTIVES
To carryout strategic surveillance and monitoring of the worship area – monitor the movement of people and vehicles.
To provide periodic workshops and seminars to sensitize members on prevailing security and safety challenges.
SONG COMMITTEE
Brief Description of the committee’s activities
The activities of the committee include:Organizing song classes: The committee always organizes song classes for members of the church on the days of song classes (in this case, Thursdays).
THE REGISTRY AND ATTENDANCE COMMITTEE
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE COMMITTEE ACTIVITIES
The committee is responsible for issuing registration numbers to registered members such as the newly baptized members, new members, restored members and update their attendance in every Sunday service. The committee also gives information to other committee like BMT and ICT.
